Shipping and Returns


CoolBag can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some cannot be shipped to certain international destinations.

When you place an order, shipping and delivery dates will be estimated for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates and shipping quotes may appear on the shipping quote page.

All orders come with a tracking number. Please check your tracking number to see when your orders will arrive.

CoolBag is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you desire to make a claim with the Shipper, please contact them directly.

You may return any product within the first 30 days of purchase date. Please contact us to let us know about any issue you may have with any of our products, and then return it to us.

We do have a few requirements. You may exchange/return any item as long as the original tag is attached; it is unused and unstained. Please also provide the packing slip and/or purchase receipt.

If your CoolBag is outside of the return policy, we do charge a $50 replacement fee if we are unable to repair your CoolBag.  You will also be responsible for all shipping fees.

Please email and let us know the product is coming and the exchange item you would like, or reason for the return.   The only thing we ask is that you pay the return shipping, and we shall cover everything from there. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund original or return shipping fees.  We will be unable to accept any Returns or Exchanges on CoolBag’s that are not purchased directly from CoolBag.  We will be unable to Refund or Replace any CoolBag that has had the CoolBag lock tampered with from the original condition.

We recommend selecting an insured mail service. We are not responsible for items that we do not receive. Packages must be returned prepaid by you. COD deliveries will not be accepted. Please send your return/exchange packages to: CoolBag LLC, 5235 Mojave Drive, Pueblo, CO 81005. Once received, you will be notified via email and your return will be processed.

At CoolBag, we want everyone to Stay Cool in Life, but unfortunately we are unable to protect against everything.  CoolBag LLC is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items from CoolBag due to product mishandling, theft, or any other unforeseen events.
